It seemed only natural that my Yoga teaching led me to become a Massage Therapist. I felt encouraged by my students who shared with me that my touch during adjustments was something unique. Its been over 20 years since my first yoga class in college and more than 10 years since I began my Massage Therapy practice and I continue to learn how essential both Massage and Yoga are to our overall well-being.
I studied Yoga in Bend, Or. and in Byron Bay Australia. My Massage Therapy School was in Samara, Costa Rica. I also taught for a few years at that school, Holistic Nutrition and Complementary & Alternative Medicine. Travel has been a wonderful school for me over the years as well.
My passion is to encourage people to not only practice yoga regularly, but to practice massage on a regular basis. Just as we feed ourselves with good food, a good nights sleep, loving relationships, and deep breaths, so too can we feed not only our bodies, but our mind and soul with bodywork.
